Description

Presentation: “Anticello “ is the name of the word (location) where the company and the vineyard are located. The Grechetto vines are scattered throughout the land and best symbolize the winery. Deep straw yellow in color with golden reflections. With sensors of territorial yellow fruit and a fruity, savory, powerful flavor. An exciting wine. The Company: The Cenci family has been involved in viticulture for over four generations, continuing the work of cultivating vines in compliance with the characteristics of tradition and the typicality of the territory that belonged to the Olivetan friars. In the early 1950s Mario, an enlightened and innovative agricultural expert and Giovanni's grandfather, selected the Grechetto, Sangiovese and Malvasia clones from the vines married to the mulberry tree cultivated by the Olivetans, and planted the company's first vineyards. In 2012, after two years of renovation of the company farmhouse under the guidance of Mario Cenci, the new cellar was inaugurated under the guidance of Giovanni Cenci, a viticulturist, oenologist, food biotechnologist and sommelier.
